It was listed on the web though;
He put this here to ease my pain
as my work goes ever slow.

My little brain must think it queer,
to put things off with deadlines near
and to surf the web and waste some time
in this lab that I hold dear.

I try to code without making mistake
but trying so makes my brain ache.
The only thing that keeps me going 
is the knowledge of another coffee break.

The code is twisted, dark and deep,
but I have schedules I must keep,
and compiles to do before I sleep,
